The Flexible Packaging Association’s audience of 100+ manufacturers and suppliers within the industry were glued to their seats to hear Caslione’s information-packed message on business globalization and the impact of China.
One of several intriguing points covered in Mr. Caslione’s presentation was when he spoke about how Western companies (US and European manufacturers) – regardless of their company size, are NOW aligning their businesses with China – to effectively and strategically compete with “The China Price.” Caslione presented case studies of companies that have successfully done this.
As Caslione concluded, “it’s about changing your business models, again, and again, and again.”
